We would love to add to our Maintenance team so we can meet the demands of our rapidly growing customer base.
We are currently seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to provide services in HUNTSVILLE and surrounding areas, Must be interested in growing with the company!
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
You will be going to do estimates for properties as well as doing maintenance repairs daily. We Offer YEAR ROUND work, starting Pay will be $30-35/HR with flat rates. Paying EVERY WEEK! PART TIME AND FULL TIME OPEN. You will be a 1099 worker.
Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Drywall, Appliance repair, Carpentry, Flooring and Painting. Knowledge of HVAC systems a PLUS!
Maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees
Excellent communication with internal team with the ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to work with others and/or independently.
