Roofers (Journeyman and Apprentice-level) needed for commercial work in Tanner, AL. This project will use the DURO-LAST ROOFING SYSTEM. Applicants must have previous experience with Duro-Last.
Work schedule: 2 am 11 am
Pay: $20-$23/hour (journeyman)
$16-$18/hour (apprentice)
Pay is dependent on experience.
Requirements:
Journeyman-level applicants must have at least 5-7 years commercial roofing experience. Must have experience with the Duro-Last Roofing System 2-piece compression metal.
Apprentice-level applicants must have at least 2-3 years commercial roofing experience. Duro-Last experience is strongly preferred, must have experience with TPO roofing.
All applicants must be proficient working with 2-piece compression metal.
All applicants must have a working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
Experience with Single Ply and TPO is required for all applicants.
Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
Able to work within a team environment
Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday, if needed
Have reliable transportation
Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
Project Information:
Some welding work will be required (seam detail).
First 2 weeks of project will be tear-off work for all employees.
Required PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, high-vis safety vest
