IT Company in Huntsville, AL is looking for an entry level Desktop Support Technician to provide on site and remote services.
Candidate must:
Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction
Monitor and respond promptly to requests received through the IT help desk portal
Troubleshoot help desk tickets
Set up and configure workstations, including within a domain.
Implement software
Manage user accounts
Maintain network systems
Pull and terminate Cat5/6 cable
Work with minimal supervision
Phone System experience is a plus
Comptia A+, Network+, and Security+ are a plus
This is a full-time position.
Candidate needs to be self driven, reliable, and willing to learn.
