Responsibilities and Duties
Assist Customer's Via Face to Face and Telephone
Price and Prioritize Repair Estimates and Advise Customer's
Sell Customer's Tires and other related Auto Services
Write initial Work Repair orders and Cash out Customer's
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Manage Store inventory
Managing shop workflow
Educate and train associates as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Must be a Strong Salesperson is a Must
Must have a outgoing personality and have great Customer interaction skills
Must have Tire Sales/ Auto Repair Sales experience (2-3 Years)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
P&L Knowledge and understanding
