Conducting interviews for a property manager to manage a single 3 unit property.
Preferably has PM experience, understanding of basic housing needs, references, knowledge on housing fixtures and repairs.
Job duties will require inspection of property once per month, collecting rent, managing tenant interviews as well as check in check out process, and maintaining small tasks around the house.
Likely no more than 1-3 hrs of work per month.
