Developer / builder seeking experienced real estate sales agent to represent luxury new homes in top Huntsville community. Established community with hundreds of existing homes, amenities and retail in. Over 300 homes still to be built. Position represents firm managing and selling all NEW HOMES in community built by five different top regional builders. Homes, townhomes and live-works priced from the $350'000's.
Firm manages and funds all lead-generation, model home, broker outreach and marketing costs on behalf of sales team. Move in ready inventory on the ground. Additionally, builders pay upfront commissions (half) as soon as contracts written on new homes to be built, so agents have ability to receive quick income.
Full time, onsite position. Commission role.
Role requires exclusive builder representation at that community only.
Must have current and active Alabama RE license.
