Position: Office Manager

Pay: Depends on Experience

Hours: Part Time. Monday through Friday 12pm to 5pm

There will be a 90 day probationary period.

Work Requirements:

Must be able to work unattended (no one standing over you).

Must be self-motivated.

Must have flexible schedule.

Must be dependable.

Must be organized and able to organize.

Must have computer experience to include: Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Adobe PDF, Dropbox, Gmail, and other Office products.

Experience in collections is helpful but not required.

Duties Include, but are NOT limited to:

Setting up new employees in Quickbooks.

Sending new hire packets using Adobe Sign and creating Adobe Sign Documents. (Training provided)

Scanning documents.

Running small storage facility. You will need to call for payments, do deposits, and keep records of payments using Landlord Max software. Training for software will be provided. You must be able to learn fast. You will be required to go to the facility and pick up payments, pick up small trash, and check units for availability.

Do deposit EVERY Friday for mini storage.

Keep busy while you are on the clock.

Light cleaning of office and store.

Some sales. Sell fireworks in store. Use cash register and Square. Training provided.

Inventory Tracking.

Being available as needed, where needed.

Benefits:

1-week paid vacation AFTER one year of favorable employment.

2 personal days per year.

Office is closed the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas through New Years Day (about a week and a half to two weeks). This is unpaid time off. You must be agreeable to these weeks off unpaid.
