Junior Estimator (Huntsville)

Job description:
A junior estimator is responsible for assisting the contractor in winning bids. They are charged with the responsibility of reviewing data and documents like drawings, purchase orders and contracts. An estimator creates quotes for potential incoming jobs, files documents and prepares purchase orders.
Technical Skills
An estimator should have excellent customer service skills, should be good in verbal and oral communication, and should have good time management and scheduling skills. They should be proficient in using computer applications, good in mathematics, and will need basic knowledge of procedures, equipment and reading drawings. The junior estimator will work closely with other subjects like accounting and production manager. The junior estimator should have basic knowledge about Metal Finishing.
Pay rate depends on experience.
