Providian Real Estate is seeking a qualified Bilingual Leasing agent for our office in Decatur Alabama. Agents duties include but are not limited to:
-Answering phones to current/future residents
-Taking work orders to give to Maintenance
-Taking and Posting rent to our program Appfolio
-Must have computer skills for the job
-Taking applications and showing apartments to future tenants
-Stay knowledgeable on what Units we have available
-Must have a "Team mind-frame"
-Must be able to Multi-task
-Must have reliable transportation
