Job Description Soldering - Manufacturing Specialist:
Express is now hiring Solders for several departments of a local electronic manufacturer in Madison. This client produces small and mid-volume production runs for aerospace, defense, medical and high-end industrial components that require zero to minimal fail-risk. These Solder positions require a skilled and experienced individual who can touch up and assemble components to the client's specifications. If you are dedicated, attentive, and looking to grow in the electronics field this full time, long term position is for you!
Job Duties:
SMT touch up
Post wave touch up
Basic PCB repair
Final PCB assembly
Job Highlights:
Pay Rate: $10.00-$13.00/HR (based on experience)
1st shift: Mon-Thurs 5AM-3:30PM
Weekend shift: Fri/Sat/Sun 5AM-5:30PM
Experience/Skills Needed:
IPC-610 or J-STD Certification
Led-free solder experience
Fine pitch solder experience
Ability to use microscope
Knowledge or component identification
