Starting pay is up to $11 or more for experienced Solderers! We are looking for candidates to fill the following shift:(Monday-Thursday) 4pm-2:30amPay for these temporary to permanent Solderer positions are currently $9.00-11.00/hour depending on shift and experience with lucrative referral programs, personal protective equipment and uniforms provided. Overtime is required at times depending on department and shiftResponsibilities:Solderer responsibilities include, but not limited to:-Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units-Inspects, Solders and repairs PWAS to IPC610D Specifications-Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specificationsWorking hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PMSkills:The ideal Solderer candidate will have the following skills:-Ability to read, understand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions-Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.-Ability to regularly stand, walk and/or sit 8-12 hours per day and reach with hands and arms-Ability to multi-task, learn and adapt in a manufacturing environmentEducation:High SchoolExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:The ideal Solderer candidate will have the following qualifications:-Strong attention to detail- 6 months previous Soldering experience-Ability to operate various hand tools and perform repetitive tasks-Must have some mechanical and computer aptitude-High School Diploma or GED Click to apply or call 256.882.4800 x3512 for more information.
