Currently, ZLA Solutions is looking for our next group of full time employees to partner with us at our new customer in Madison County. We need to hire on at least 10 new employees, with all positions being for Quality Inspectors. If you have experience in QI that is a plus, but experience is NOT REQUIRED We actually prefer to be able to train new employees to the ZLA way of handling quality inspection. Here is a little bit of information about the positions, and what is available:
1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (5 FULL TIME NEEDS)
2nd Shift - 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM (6 FULL TIME NEEDS)
-Pay Rate - $12.00 Per Hour
-Paid Weekly
-Benefits available upon hire with major medical
-Attendance bonuses available at 90 days
-Opportunity for advancement to Team Lead within 90 days
The facility is an AC Controlled environment throughout the entire plant The plant is very well lit, safe work environment, with a HUGE cafeteria with daily hot food provided across all shifts
REQUIREMENTS
You must be able to be on your feet throughout the entirety of the shift, be able to lift up to 50 pounds if needed, and have your OWN RELIABLE transportation. A GED or HS Diploma is preferred but NOT required, on top of having to pass a Drug Screen and BG Check. However, all Background Checks will be looked at on a "per case" basis, so please do not be afraid to apply.
