Randstad is currently recruiting for Quality Control Inspectors to start immediately in the Medical Division at Sanmina-SCI in Huntsville, AL. The facility is completely climate controlled- you will not be cold this winter or hot this summer and it is clean! We are looking for candidates to fill the following shifts:(Monday-Thursday) 5:30am-4pm Pay for these temporary to permanent QC Inspector positions are currently $8-$10/hour depending on shift and experience with lucrative referral programs, personal protective equipment and uniforms provided. Overtime is required at times depending on department and shiftResponsibilities:Quality Control Inspector responsibilities include, but not limited to: -Performs product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs-Performs packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials-Ensures raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards-May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated May assess draft and final label copy, using knowledge of labeling regulationsWorking hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PMSkills:The ideal Quality Control Inspector candidate will have the following skills: -6 months previous QC Inspecting experience-Knowledge of IPC-610 PCB Workmanship Standard a plusEducation:High SchoolExperience:Entry LevelQualifications:The ideal Quality Control Inspector candidate will have the following qualifications:-Ability to use customer drawings, measurement gages and possess some computer-High School Diploma or GED-Strong attention to detail-Ability to read, understand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions-Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.-Ability to regularly stand, walk and/or sit 8-12 hours per day and reach with hands and arms-Ability to multi-task, learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment Click to apply or call 256.882.4800 x3512 for more information.
