We are looking for candidates to fill the following shift:(Monday-Thursday) 4pm-2:30amPay for these temporary to permanent Assembler positions are currently $9.00-11.00/hour depending on shift and experience with lucrative referral programs, personal protective equipment and uniforms provided. Overtime is required at times depending on department and shiftResponsibilities:Assembler/Production Associate responsibilities include, but not limited to:-Performs a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies involving repetitive tasks-Uses hand, air and/or power tools to assemble parts-Follows written instructions from formal procedures-Operates equipment as needed-Completes required paperwork to document production-Uses computer when needed for production materials-Performs related duties as assigned by SupervisorWorking hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PMSkills:The ideal Assembler/Production Associate candidate will have the following skills:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide-Ability to read, understand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions-Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.-Ability to regularly stand, walk and/or sit 8-12 hours per day and reach with hands and arms-Ability to multi-task, learn and adapt in a manufacturing environmentEducation:High SchoolExperience:Entry LevelQualifications:The ideal Assembler/Production Associate candidate will have the following qualifications:-High School Diploma or GED-Previous manufacturing/production experience a plus but not required-Strong attention to detail Click to apply or call 256.882.4800 x3512 for more information.
