Phoenix-based real estate research firm has contracts available for individuals with photography experience and reliable transportation!
Photographers should be located in or willing to travel around the Huntsville area to take some EXTERIOR property photographs of Commercial, Residential and Self Storage buildings. This contract position will begin in Immediately and will last approx. 5-8 Weeks.
Interested applicants must have a digital camera (photos should not be taken with a phone or tablet), high speed Internet (for assignments and uploads), and reliable transportation. Please be aware that this work is not intended for professional photographers but some photo experience is required.
Assignments contain 20-30 properties and photographers are given approx. one week to complete the assignment, however each assignment generally only requires approx. 2 days of work. (Depending on availability, you may be able to receive 2-3 assignments a week.) 15 unedited photos of the commercial building or residential complex should be taken and uploaded via a FTP connection. Each property will take about 20 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only. Since we try to cluster properties together based on location you may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour. (We try to minimize driving time/distance, however assignments are sent out on a first-come first-serve basis.)
In addition, for Self Storage properties, photographers will be given a script to use to help gain onsite access, for additional photos. Residential/Commercial Pay is $12.50 per property, plus a $2.50 per property bonus if completed within 2-3 days versus a full week as normally given.
Self Storage Pay is $10.00 per property, an additional $10.00 will be given for "On-Site Access" photo, along with an additional $2.50 for interior photos, plus a $2.50 per property bonus if completed within 2-3 days versus a full week as normally given. Totaling to $25 per property if completed entirely on time.
