I am in charge of the marketing department at a real estate company here in Huntsville.
I'm looking for driven, well-spoken, intelligent and computer savvy individuals to work with me.
I need hungry, reliable, and coachable people.
Professionalism and people skills are a must. Education doesn't matter, but experience does.
Anyone can succeed in this position regardless of background as long as they are comfortable talking to strangers.
That being said, people who will do well in this position likely have a background in sales, customer relations, management, athletics, real estate, and a general interest in marketing and business.
I'll show you exactly what you need to say to have meaningful conversations with homeowners in our market.
You'll be paid during your training period until you're able to handle things on your own, and then you'll get a pay increase.

What I'm looking for:
Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up to work
Tech savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications (but it's basically point and click)
Typing skills - Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects
Positive Attitude - People who will excel in this position are coachable and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.
Previous cold calling, appointment setting or door-to-door sales is a huge PLUS!
Part-time and Full-time spots available.
