This position will be assisting the Maintenance team preparing apartments for new tenants. 1st shift, 7:00AM to 5:30PM. (Must be available to work mandatory overtime on Fridays) Pay rate for this position is $10.00/hr.

Typical Job Duties:
Preparing apartments for new tenants
General labor
Trash clean up
Deep cleaning
Light maintenance
Assisting maintenance team
Ability to follow specific customer produced work instructions
Prior experience in residential maintenance is a must.
Characteristics Sought:
Ability to be a self-starter and work under minimal supervision
Excellent attendance is imperative
Experience/Skills Needed:
Must be able to lift heavy
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must have a clean back ground
