Whitt’s Barbecue is seeking a Morning Prep, Kitchen Staff and an Assistant Manger to join our team!
4 -5 Day work week.
Paid Vacation
Salary based on experience.

Kitchen Prep :
Primary job duties include but are not limited to greeting guests and providing outstanding customer service skills, taking and preparing food and drink orders, answering questions about menu items face to face and drive-thru windows, taking inventory, restocking product, maintaining a clean work environment, using cash registers, washing dishes, and using ovens and other heating devices and various kitchen equipment. Applicants 16 and older may apply for a team member position. Candidates that maintain a clean and tidy appearance, good work habits, and a positive attitude has great potential to build a great career while providing fast, fun, and friendly service to our customers with excellent opportunities for advancement.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
Oversee customer services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Train and manage kitchen personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 yrs. of Restaurant management experience
Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Serv Safe Certification
Job Type: Full-time and part time
Schedule:
10-12 hour shift (full time) 4-5 hour shift (part time)
Experience:
retail management: 2 years (Preferred)
Education:
Associate (Preferred for Management)
