Responsibilities:
Line cook (know/learn quickly French techniques and cooking meat to temp)
Know freshness and quality of ingredients
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat & fish, preparing sauces)
Cook in cooperation with kitchen staff
Clean station and kitchen
Qualifications:
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Desire to learn
Appreciation for hard work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressure-filled, team-oriented environment
