StatusRegular TimeApply NowJob Position Description(Describe the position in general, including duties and reporting.)The 15Y instructor trains, advises, assists and supports India Air Force (IAF) on all aspects of AH-64E weapons, avionics, and electronics maintenance. Provides expert-level instruction on the skills and maintenance tasks performed by a U.S. Army 15Y AH-64E Armament/Electrical/Avionics Repairer. As directed, provided hands-on training on actual AH-64E aircraft. Provides instruction on all aspects of AH-64E armament maintenance tasks and procedures. Conducts informal training on AH-64E armament maintenance practices based upon personal experience and expertise. Informal training is conducted by the means determined by the instructor. Conducts all academic training in a safe manner. Reports directly to the S3 Inc. Program Manager.Mandatory Skills: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 16 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 14 years of relevant experience Previously qualified as an AH-64E Armament/Electrical/Avionics Repairer (15Y) Two (2) years of experience of first line supervisory management experience Ten (10) years of experience performing or supervising helicopter maintenance Five (5) years of experience performing or supervising AH-64D/E maintenance requiring the skills of a 15Y Previously qualified as an AH-64E Technical Inspector (TI) and have at least three (3) years of experience performing TI duties Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain oneDesired Skills: Training Developer experience conducting analysis, design and development of curriculum and training products Experience teaching weapons, avionics, and electronics maintenanceIf you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, you have the right to request a reasonable accommodation.
