The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening in our Huntsville, Alabama office for a TPS Engineer supporting the Production and System Support Line of Business.

As a Test Program Set (TPS) Engineer you will perform as part of an engineering team that plans and (using applied knowledge) directs the cradle to grave functions associated with the complex engineering studies, analyses, and evaluation in the areas of tested equipment pertaining to missile defense weapons systems.

The TPS Engineer is responsible for the design, review, analyses, communication, technical documentation, and integration of test programs (both hardware and software) using the General Purpose Electronic Test System ATE (GETS-1000 Automatic Test Equipment).

This includes conducting tests in accordance with environmental and quality guidelines according to the test plan, providing technical and subject matter expertise (SME) pertaining to the test requirements, developing the test software and hardware requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree.

Active DoD Secret security clearance of ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Must be able to read and understand electrical schmatics and circuts

Familiar with ANSI "C" programming

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred QUalifications

Active DoD Secret clearance

Experience with test equipment

Knowledge of the GETS-1000 ATE system
