This new air-launched weapon system will include phases progressing through design, flight test, initial production and deployment of the weapon system. Join the Lockheed Martin team and be a part of the company that has developed and flown more hypersonic vehicles than any other U.S. Company and has decades of hypersonic development and flight test experience from government contracts as well as internal investments in research and development projects.In this dynamic role you will: Work directly with the Systems Test lead to lead a team to plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions for the integration and testing of components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Develop test plans for qualification and acceptance testing at the subcomponent and component level. Test plans and procedures will be developed from the contractual needs and requirements. Develop Statement of Works (SOWs) with test laboratories for the conduct of qualification testing and will be responsible coordination with the test laboratories for the successful execution of testing activities. Support the software and hardware development of test support equipment. Experience with component qualification planning and testing for a complex missile system or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing leadership and customers US Citizenship is required with Active Secret Clearance required prior to start.Desired Skills: Extensive knowledge of test engineering processes to include preparation of Qualification Test plans and procedures Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal and external customers Proficiency with standard documentation and program or be a current Certified Test Conductor (CTC) Experience with Conops for the US Air Force Weapon Systems Programs Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
