Experience in Systems Engineering
Demonstrated Leadership abilities
Excellent communication abilities and organizational skills
Ability to support design and development of hardware to ensure Requirements compliance
Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking environment
Deep understanding of the Engineering Lifecycle
Requirements Development and Management
Demonstrated ability to work independently when required
Preferred Skills and Education
Experience with Electronic Countermeasures
Experience with Missile Warning Systems
15 years of experience in the area of Systems Engineering
15 years of experience developing electronic self protection systems
