Description Job Description:Leidos is looking to staff a position that will be located onsite at a Government facility located in Huntsville, AL and supports the integration, maintenance and administration of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS and allocation of the facility test assets. Position supports all levels of program personnel including senior level management. Position requires knowledge of a span of issues and areas, and requires working independently on projects that are larger and moderately complex. A successful candidate must be able to set their own objectives within the defined position responsibilities and communicate those results to all affected personnel.Primary ResponsibilitiesPosition is responsible for the update and management of the overall Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a dynamic, fast paced and living research and development lab environment. A successful candidate will be able to manage and allocate facility test resources based on the IMS. Position supports the Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities. Works with customer and lab personnel to deconflict and allocate lab test resources. Basic QualificationsCandidate requires a current active DOD Secret clearance. Knowledge of a DOD laboratory environment is necessary and candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 3 years of increasing responsibility within the DOD environment. Must have demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Lync, Costpoint and Sharepoint. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing an IMS and activities that span multiple simultaneous projects within an R&D environment. Proven ability to work with asset managers and support to RMF activities. BA required.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge and hands on experience with test measurement diagnostics. Specific experience within the Huntsville laboratories located at Redstone Arsenal, and who possess specific experience with the Missile Defense Agency.
