You will have the opportunity to participate in coordination and administration of Configuration/Data Management (CDM) activities on the program related to identification, control, and status accounting for systems and/or equipment in accordance with contractual and NextGen CIPS requirements. You will also assist in the preparation of procedures and the implementation of changes as required. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include: Review, analyze, and release engineering changes and other requirements documentation into EPDM including initiation and follow up activities for corrective actions, Ensure customer contract and configuration/data management requirements are met. Ensure program compliance to CDM requirements for baseline control, document control and document release. Support administration of CDM repository databases and systems. Perform Engineering Release activities. Management of accurate baselines and provide status accounting reporting. Participate in CM audit activities and corrective action. Participate in change boards and reviews Support Data Management activities, as required.Basic Qualifications: Configuration Management skills on complex systems including Change Control and Status Accounting Hands-on working knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) C&DM tools (ClearCase, ClearQuest, Windchill), or similar programs Experience supporting change boards. Experience with C&DM start-up activities. DoD Secret Security ClearanceDesired Skills: Demonstrated understanding of EIA-649 principles. Baseline Identification and Maintenance, Requirements flow down to subcontractors, Interface Control, major reviews including ship readiness and audits. Experience performing As-Designed As-Built (or similar) reconciliation. Engineering Release experience Experience with C&DM start-up activities.
