JOB SUMMARY :

The Specialist, PIA team member, provides process and workflow management services across NRTC Broadband Solutions. They will present new ideas, continuously experiment and evaluate new technologies to offer the best in class processes and tools for employees and provide end to end workflow solutions that deliver outstanding user experience and are highly efficient for teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Design and develop end-to-end features, working with various departments to build workflows that make teams more efficient by having a deep proficiency in front-end / back-end configurations and comprehensive knowledge of technologies.

Coordinate small ad-hoc teams drawn from employees directly involved in target processes.

Discuss needs with stakeholders to understand requirements concerning Processes and Workflows.

Identify vital issues, gather and analyze data from multiple sources.

Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and implement change.

Formulate hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations to processes and procedures, contributing to best practices, architecture, and implementations.

Maintain standards, processes, controls, metrics, and quality improvement.

Create process documentation and propose ways to improve implementation for crucial company processes.

Maintain core process documentation within a cloud-based knowledge base system.

Assist in the administration and configuration of Confluence productivity tool.

Provide workflow applications and implementations within a cloud-based workflow ticketing system.

Assist in administration and configuration of Jira Service Desk ticketing system to enable the productivity of teams with workflow tracking and keep the system performing.

Assist with software application integration projects that will allow connection to Confluence and Jira to enhance productivity and reduce duplication efforts.

Be excited to work on projects with lots of unknowns and devise elegant and maintainable solutions.

Strive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience with configuration and administration of General Software Applications.

Understanding of Software Development and Programming.

Experience with Technical Writing and Process Documentation.

Have a conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks.

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning.

Have a good work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones.

Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken.

Ability to be responsive to internal and external requests.

Possess strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude.

Have a willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time to meet client needs.
