BTAS Job Description Future OpportunityJob Title:Security Clearance Required:Project, Program and Integrated Management - JourneymanSecret Work Location:Position Type / Standard Work Hours:Redstone Arsenal ALFull-time/40 hours per weekSummary / Objective:The contractor shall provide services related to leading, facilitating, and ensuring the strategic planning, implementation, coordination, integration, and evaluation of programmatic activities and administrative systems.Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of a Concept Plan. Approval Constitutes a Milestone A equivalent decision and provides authority to enter an expedited technology maturation and concept refinement/demonstration phase. The plan should address technical and operational feasibility program objectives, resource availability, and execution strategy
Assist in the development of a Single Acquisition Management Plan (SAMP). A SAMP will be used to manage initiation, execution, and transition of rapid prototyping and fielding efforts
Assist in the development of a Development Plan. Approval constitutes a Milestone B equivalent decision and provides authority to enter an expedited development phase. The plan should document progress from the technology maturation and concept refinement/demonstration phase and address the developmental strategy, including any strategy changes from that outlined in the Concept Plan. It should also cite an underlying requirement the development is designed to address
Assist in the development of a Production and Deployment Plan. Approval constitutes a Milestone C equivalent decision and provides authority to begin limited quantity production and expedited deployment within the Production and Development Phase. The plan should document development accomplishments and detail hardware production, software installation, deployment, and sustainment activities. It should indicate if full-rate or other follow-on production and state any subsequent approvals that might be required
Minimum Qualifications:
Secret clearance
3 -10 years’ experience Bachelor degree
