QuantiTech has a twenty-seven year track record of providing superior technical and management support to both Government and Commercial Customers in Systems Engineering and Integration; Program and Project Management; Test and Evaluation; Logistics Engineering; Safety; Business Management; and Information Technology.QuantiTech is currently seeking a Program Integrator to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.Provides program support to the Multinational Aviation Special Project Office (MASPO)Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Provides program support to the Multinational Aviation Special Project Office (MASPO) develop product support strategies, to include Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), and related life-cycle management plans for the Afghanistan UH-60A helicopter program.

Program support includes development of all facets of integrated product support for this unique fleet of aircraft leading to MASPO taking on multiple aspects of fleet management

Development of CLS performance metrics and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) in performance work statements (PWS)

Implementation of CLS for the Afghan UH-60 fleet

Integration of training and mentoring

Requires understanding and knowledge of translating requirements into contracts from a program level

Must have experience in UH-60 maintenance, training, and supply operations

Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and policies is preferable

Requires knowledge of UH-60-related Supply Chain principles and management, understanding of airworthiness requirements, and technical documentation

Requires a program level of understanding to link actions of technical, logistics, and business specialists into an integrated, executable integrated product support from inception to full performance

Participates and leads IPT efforts under USG direction and serves as UH-60 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist in contract surveillance activities

Demonstrated 5+ years’ experience in the Utility Helicopters Project Office (UH PO). UH-60 experience, either U.S. Army unit experience or as a UH-60 CLS contractor maintenance, training, or supply manager is an additional benefit

Minimum Requirements:

Must currently possess an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with active investigation.

Secret clearance

15 years’ experience

Bachelors

Ability to perform limited, short-duration OCONUS TDY

Understanding of Performance Work Statement (PWS) program elements relating to execution of CLS
