BTAS Job DescriptionFuture OpportunityJob Title:Security Clearance Required:Engineering Services Technical Planning & Assessment - SMESecret Work Location:Position Type / Standard Work Hours:Redstone Arsenal ALFull-time/40 hours per weekSummary / Objective:The contractor shall provide engineering services, which requires experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles.Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with technical coordination across other Army organizations, all of the Services and DoD offices
Perform and/or provide input and recommendations in the development of program schedules for RCCTO delivering to tactical units
Provide support and recommendations for RCCTO modeling and simulation development. This shall include simulation, high-level architecture, planning, development, verification and validating, and simulations support for RCCTO prototypes and subsystems. This support shall include the provision of technical expertise and recommendations to develop and maintain system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools
Provide support and recommendations for Prototype Management and Product Assurance (PA) including review and development of PA management documents, inspection techniques, and other analytical and empirical tools during the development and prototype of systems/subsystems
Review prime contractors’ and vendor/suppliers’ facilities and provide information and recommendations on prototype planning, manufacturing technology, prototype operations and other operational areas related to prototype
Identify manufacturing and other programmatic risks, while also supporting resolution opportunities
Provide on-site representation for prototype meetings to include issue resolution, failure review boards, special investigations or audits, documentation development and review, and prototype progress
Provide on-site technical expertise, prepare documentation (e.g., Evaluation Reports), equipment, and test sites
Minimum Qualifications:
Secret clearance
Over 10 years’ experience MA/MS degree
Recognized Industry Leader
