If so, then you: Work closely with program leaders and direct a team to provide the best, integrated solution that meets overall performance, cost and schedule needs. Lead the development of a major end item for a weapon system. Provide leadership of a fast paced team (including suppliers) from requirements through development and Final Assembly, Integration, and Test. Be responsible to assure coordination between functional groups during the product development life cycle.In this role you will typically have: 10 or more years of professional experience, including 5 years of project leadership in hardware design and development. If selected, you will be subject to a government security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
