Job Description Customer Service Rep:
Do you like to work at a face pace work environment? This e-Commerce division is growing rapidly and is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. If you are an energetic worker who is eager to learn, and willing to take initiative, and pays attention to detail then you're probably a great candidate for this position! The ideal candidate has previous call center experience and a love for technology. You must have a great personality and be a person who enjoys interacting with other people and loves to learn. You must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test and have a clean background!
Job Duties:
Responsible for ensuring we provide an exceptional level of customer satisfaction
Working with customers who are having issues
Provide excellent customer service
Attention to detail
Frequent use of computers, phones, and typical office equipment
Highlights:
Monday Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Pay Rate: This position starts at $11 per hour
(Potential advancement as you master your skills in this position. Performance based bonuses offered.)

Previous call center experience required
