REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education
Required: High school diploma
Preferred: 4-year Electronics/Electrical or Engineering Degree
2. Licensing/Registration/Certification
Required: If not already achieved, Complete the CSPM Certification program
Preferred: Electrical License
3. Experience
Required: 2 years Service Management or Service Engineering
Preferred: 5 years Service Management and Electronics Engineering experience
and 5 years general field experience
Essential Functions:
1. Planning: understanding what work must be done-including identifying the individual activities and necessary resources-to complete the Service: then developing a plan of action in a logical order that can be displayed graphically as a Service planning diagram.
2. Scheduling: validating when the work activities need to be done. This stage details the time allowed for the Service and each activity-when they are to be started and completed.
3. Working with engineering as needed, complete and submit material requisitions. Track deliveries and inventory bills of material for approved invoicing.
4. Controlling: monitoring (or tracking) progress of the
Service as it gets under way, analyzing performance, then resolving concerns. It also manages status reporting.
5. Monitor and supervise Strategic Service Partners (SSP) for QC, percentage complete and adherence to Service scope of work.
6. Adhere to client security rules, policies and/or procedures to insure the safety of their staff and maintaining the facility security.
