RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review project assignments and assemble subcontracting team to execute repairs
- Manage subcontracting team and critical path to project completion
- Manage quality control throughout project timeline
- Maintain compliance with current building code requirements
- Manage and execute change orders with customers
- Manage progress payment schedules
- Maintain clean job site
- Maintain company vehicle
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Two years (preferably) in field of project management and/or construction management

- Organized
- General construction knowledge
- Self motivated

EDUCATION, ETC
- High School Diploma
- College degree (preferred)
- Valid drivers license
