Joining Block Advisors as a Team Leader, you’ll provide leadership to a team of professionals and support their year-round tax business by managing a single tax office. Block Advisors is an H&R Block brand that redefined the tax preparation experience for individuals and small businesses with complex tax and business service needs.
You’ll spend part of the year working a flexible part-time schedule as you ramp up for the busy tax season, then transition to a full-time schedule from January through April.

Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office-level growth plans, community involvement, assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions and serve as point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns. You will be involved in conflict resolution and ensure that all tax office associates work is completed according to deadlines. Training and coaching associates will be a major focus.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
