Job Description – Construction Project Manager will manage projects regarding safety, schedule, profit and owner satisfaction. The Project Manager will work within the project schedule critical path items and anticipate problematic issues.
Description:
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Work closely with project team particularly focused on subcontractor performance for schedule and cost goals. Show critical path items and anticipate problematic issues. Responsible to foresee typical issues that historically challenge schedules, construction, and impact project costs.
Responsible to regularly and accurately communicate the project status, including schedule, financial status, risk assessment, quality, safety and other key areas.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications, have ability to offer solutions, design-build options, etc.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors and scheduling required equipment.
Review the daily work progress.
Must be willing to travel as needed and be able to work with and manage field leadership.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or eight (8) years’ experience.
