The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the dealership or independent repair business as a technician. This is not a entry level job. Must be able to work independently, neatly, and diagnose correctly. COME BACKS ARE NOT TOLERATED. ASE certified needed but not required. This is a 100% Flat Rate Commission Pay Job using ALLDATA to look up labor times. Diagnostic time will be charged by the honest hour, and you will be paid for your time. We only work on domestic and Asian domestic. No Euro cars. No diesels, unless you want to work on them. Must have own hand tools. Shop supplies up to date scan tools, special shop tools and shop equipment. We use Alldata and Identifix. After Ninety Days Paid Holidays, Sick Pay, Uniforms, One Week Paid Vacation ( After One Year), Aflac Available. All paid time off will be at your 3 week average. Pay scale depending on experience.
