C4 Connections is in search of entry-level talent to enroll in our management-trainee program. Account executive/management trainees will be trained to operate/manage the sales and marketing efforts of C4 field offices.

Account executives/management trainees are responsible for:

- Improve existing customer retention and new customer acquisitions

- Provide superior customer relations for both new and existing customers

- Handle customer complaints, discrepancies, requests and inquiries

- Coordinate the installation, removal or change of services and equipment

Successful candidates must have:

- Prior outside, business-to-business, retail or cable sales experience

- Prior customer service experience preferred

- An ability to handle multiple, competing priorities

- A desire to work and contribute in a team-based environment

- Excellent communication skills and follow-through

- Most importantly, a drive to make money and have fun doing it!

Experience is not required. To be a member of our team, you must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation and able to pass a background and drug screening.

Interviews take place on the following days and times (space is limited):

Monday: 10:30 am - 12:00 noon

Tuesday: 10:30 am - 12:00 noon

Wednesday: 10:30 am - 12:00 noon
