We are an established mobile home park management company looking for a Regional Manager to perform basic management and oversight functions at our Mobile Home Parks.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Answering prospective tenant phone calls
-Showing vacant units
-Inspecting vacant units to verify re-tenancy repairs are completed
-Filing weekly reports
-Collecting and depositing rent
-Posting any necessary tenant-related notices
-Scheduling service calls for tenant homes
The ability to use a smartphone or computer to send reports and pictures is required.
Previous management experience is preferred, but not required.
