Manager needed for 2 small mobile home parks. One park is in Boaz and one is in Albertville. Ideal for a retired person with some experience in management, doesn't have to be in property management but need to be organized and detailed. Duties include collecting rent each month and making sure the parks stay clean and organized. Most of the homes are owned by the tenants so there isn't a lot of maintenance to deal with.
