I am looking to hire a crew to do property preservation If you have never done it, it goes like this We change locks, landscape, debri removal, winterization and any type of home repair If you have the proper equipment, I can teach you most of this in a few mins The money in this industry is AMAZING I pay weekly after a one week hold (most companies pay once every 40 days) This job is fun Basically we manage forclosed properties All work is thru an app so you will need a decent smartphone.
