Independent Maintenance Contractor (General Labor Handyman) needed for physical plant maintenance of apartment type community in the Boaz/Albertville area. Must be a self-starter, neat, and organized with 5+ years experience in general building maintenance, plumbing, electrical system maintenance, HVAC preferred. Hourly rate $18-$20/hour dependent on experience. Must have valid driver's license, transportation, and own tools.
