We are a small Fence company out of Cullman Al. We are looking to hire an assistant to help install fence. We work with Chain Link, Wood, Vinyl, and Aluminumn. We need someone who is willing to work. We work rain or shine. If you know how to install fence or have experience great. If you do not that is fine too. We are concerned that you know how to handle tools and how to take instructions. We will train you to an extent. This is a helper position but has the ability to become more. First 30 days is hourly pay. After 30 days we will discuss a day rate.After 6-12months of working with us if you are ready there is a possibility for you to be a lead installer. You will meet at the pick up location in Cullman and drive to and from the job site with the foreman. You will get paid for the time to the job site and for the time you are there but not in the car on the way back. We provide water but you are responsible for your food and drinks. You will receive pay on every Friday. Only contact if ready to work!
