Tax Preparation Associate- New Wage Scale!
We are seeking new and experienced tax professionals. The right candidate will have:
Pre -Requisite: Taken and passed the H&R Block Income Tax course or Equivalent tax knowledge assessment.
Eligible to obtain an IRS PTIN number.
Be professional and customer service orientated.
We have openings for Tax professional candidate at our office in Centre, AL.
The first year hourly rate for tax professional at our Centre office is $14.00 an hour effective January 14th of 2020. Training period January 2 - 13th is at minimum wage.

Full time and part-time position available
Salary Range: $14.00 per hour First year
Commission Eligible Second year

Job Description:
Advise clients in the tax preparation process and prepare and file accurate tax documents
Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Maintain a high level of excellent customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.
Promote products that best suit the customer.
