This is a temporary role for 20 to 40 hours per week for 6-9 months that is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations for the Georgia Local Dedicated business with an emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service and value.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEnsuring customer satisfaction through timely communication with customer and drivers and problem resolutionBeing the main point of contact for our drivers, ensuring they have what they need to be successful in their roleCoordinate trailer needs daily with the Hi-Rise and transportationPrioritize workflow to satisfy the customersContinue to instill our values and culture in your daily interactions with other PTI employees, outside customers, and everyone you will interact withManage daily trailer moves both inbound and out boundAudit and Reconcile reports and billsManage and schedule drivers: maintain full staffing and coverageDrive a Crash-free, Injury-free and Compliant Safety CultureDaily computer data entry & paperwork processing for Georgia PacificProjects by request by your managerThe ideal candidate must be a team player and ability to work independently, with excellent interpersonal, problem solving, communication, organization and analytical skills.
