We are looking for a reliable person with good report writing skills, computer literate, with a digital camera. This person would make inspections of damaged shipments, take digital photos, and prepare reports that will assist trucking companies and package delivery services with cargo claims. This is strictly part-time days. This is supplemental income performed as a sub contractor only. There is no possibility of full-time work or "employment" so please don't reply if that is what you need. You must have dependable transportation for travel in and around Dothan. Freight experience would be helpful but not required. Compensation is typically $35.00 per inspection, which involves travel time, on-site time and report writing time using a PC. Number of inspections per week vary between one and three on average. We will provide training. Distance assignments are paid at a higher/hourly rate.
