Looking for motivated, safe drivers to join our team.
Employee benefits:
.48 cpm start
.01 cpm raise every 6 months (max out .60 cpm)
Paid holidays after 1 year (pay based on daily average miles and cpm for previous 90 days) :

1 day home for every week out.
70mph trucks, late model well equipped, premium driver seat.
Company cell phone provided for elog, transflow and dispatch.
$250 annual DRIVER APPRECIATION BONUS for every year with company (max out at 10 years) paid yearly first week of November. For example, first year would be $250, second year would be $500 and so on. At 10 years service bonus would be $2500 and $2500 for every year after that.
$200 quarterly safety bonus (no tickets, no HOS violations, no accidents, etc)
Paid on first week of January, April, July and October.
2 day paid orientation $200/day.
Most drivers average $90000/year first full year. Not including bonuses and cpm raises.
