Local only! You must currently live within 25 miles. This is a subcontractor position so you must have your own insurance and be responsible for your own taxes, estimates and bills. Have your own, truck, van or suv with your own power tools, ladders, compressors, saws etc.
This is a growing mid-size Real Estate Mgmt company in Dothan. Minimum 5 years experience. Ability and willingness to write down instructions for jobs, problem solve, ANSWER smart phone, take pics and email proof of work completed. All phases of remodeling from major residential rebuilds and additions to minor repairs and service calls. And we also roof (mostly metal) and floor (mostly LVP). All work done within 30 miles of Dothan, you will be home every night. 3 referrals with phone number required. Pay is definitely dependent on quality of workmanship, cleanup and adherence to the above criteria.
