Midsize Real estate company with ongoing rehab and maintenance repairs. We use primarily LVT Luxury Vinyl Tile for a large and growing pool of rental houses. Some carpet and ceramic tile. The current workload continually exceeds our normal maintenance capacity. Dependable, competent, with tools and van, suv, truck or trailer. Contract for labor only we will supply all materials. You will draw out floor to generate materials list. Must have drivers license and insurance or waiver. This is not an hourly employment position and we do not provide insurance. We do not pay in advance.
This is a long term relationship with 20 year old and expanding company. Other construction work available especially roofing. also carpentry, sheetrock, plumbing, elec etc
