Haley Residential, a privately held company that owns & manages apartment communities in 17 states, is seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician for Fieldcrest Apartments. This working lead position coordinates & assists in all maintenance activities including handling residents work orders, insuring preventative maintenance occur, preparing apartments for move-ins and ensuring the grounds are clean & attractive.
Requirements include:
5 years experience in apartment maintenance; HVAC experience required
Computer knowledge to communicate via email using Outlook, use computerized time keeping system, order materials online
Strong communication skills
Ability to rotate on-call over weekends to insure that residents emergencies are handled in a timely manner
A proven track record of performance success in apartment maintenance
Knowledge of safety regulations with an ability to maintain the highest safety standards
State drivers license, working vehicle for use during business hours, and proof of liability insurance required
Ability to work with a sense of urgency & provide responsive service to residents
Ability to provide personal hand tools for your use at work
Experience supervising and leading others a plus
