Merrick Industries, Inc.: Leaders in continuous industrial weighing systems since 1908 is looking to fill a Field Service Technician position. While position has been based out of Lynn Haven, FL, it is possible that it could be located elsewhere after 3-6 months training at main site.
Duties & Responsibilities: Frequent travel required. Responsible for field assistance in the installation, startup, operation, maintenance, repair & troubleshooting associated with Merrick products. Provide customer training.
Qualifications: A.A. degree or equivalent from 2-yr. college or technical school & minimum 1-3 years related experience OR equivalent combination of education & experience. Strong knowledge of electronics & good understanding of mechanics. Working knowledge of computers & PLC systems required. PLC programming skills required.
